Pregnancy can be gauged with the trimesters, which mark the development of the foetus.
Full term is at 40 weeks and any infants delivered before the end of week 37 are considered premature.
First Trimester (0 - 13 WEEKS)
Most crucial as there might be chances of miscarriage and several changes occurring to your body.
No intention to scare you but as it is the time for the development of the baby’s organs in your body, give yourself enough rest, regular checkups and anything that’s needed to care about.
Second Trimester ( 14 - 26 WEEKS )
This certainly might bring some pleasantness as you might feel the baby's movements. There’d be an end to extreme symptoms. however, you might still undergo back pain, cramps, leg pains etc.
You may notice you’re having better sleep and you're high on energy.
Third Trimester ( 27 - 40 WEEKS )
All the mothers at this stage will begin to list the baby names, and shoppe for the Lil ones and they be all excited. But let’s not forget it’s the final phase and you are supposed to be even more careful.
Falling short of breath, haemorrhoids, urinary incontinence, varicose veins etc might still be painful. These symptoms are said to arise as there might be an increase in the size of your uterus, expanding approximately 2 ounces before pregnancy to 2.5 pounds at the time of birth.
